My name is Anton and I am a certified personal trainer with a passion for fitness and zest for life. Great energy, an always positive attitude, and enthusiam are 3 things I bring to the table when helping a client.
During my enlistment in the military, the benefits of dedication, committment and consistency were made crystal clear to me. I also learned to get shape and improve, you MUST want to, and want it more than any instructor or trainer can bring it. Fitness became a lifestyle from that moment forword.

The like-minded energy flowing from others in the bootcamp while training, giving it what they have, striving for their best, will result in a boost in your own strong motivation.
Each bootcamp program is designed to encourage you, help you experience your inner strengths. If you give every exercise 100%, you WILL be suprised at what you can do.
I ask all participants to give 100%, one hundred percent of the time, and watch what you CAN do. The only fitness boundries we have are the ones we allow to be up.

"I didn't like trainers. I've been through a few and most of the time, realized they were not a good fit for me. I would spend good money, realized that I knew more about the technique and form, or the best balance of carbs to protein than the trainer did, or worse, get BORED with constant reps and isometrics. Then I'd get frustrated and stop.
I started with Anton in March and was blown away. The first difference that was noticed immediately was that he was HAPPY to be there! He had a huge smile on his face and was excited to start. That got me pumped and ready, too!
Next thing I know, we're doing a mix of boxing, rapid fire rotations with bands and weights, hiking trails, basketball (yes, basketball!) and having a great time. He pushes me like crazy, then gets as excited as me when I actually accomplish the task. Try shooting ten baskets from the top of the key! Or doing 130 squats! Your brain says "HECK no" but Anton thinks you can.
I came with "issues" and it didn't stump him at all. Achillies tendonitis, planar fascitis, GERD, one after the other and all together...he figured out how to get cardio in without walking/running/jumping and how to work my core without bringing up acid from my stomach. And with all that, my weight is down by 15lb. I'm so grateful that I found Anton!

Well I just started this year on Jan 9 and I already see changes. Anton Mason is the MAN!! I am a person that doesn't like to go to gym due to the smell, not able to get the machine or equipment you want, the sometimes intimidation and most of all the cost/contract. I'm happy i was happy to find him on Facebook. The motto he says for me' That I let no obstacle stand in my way."

Wow, this is an experience far beyond my expectations. Anton is by far One of the Bay Areas Best, if not the Best Personal Trainer around. He listened to my needs and personal goals and designed a program around those goals. I have tried other Trainers, ( from the gym, and others who claim to know what they are doing), but have to say that Optimum has been able to update all of his knowledge to modernize his workouts for optimal results, hence the name of his business.
